At Brussell’s Gymnastics, we believe gymnastics builds the foundation for every sport—and for life. The structure, movement, balance, and developmental skills gained in gymnastics support a child’s physical and cognitive growth, preparing them for any activity they choose in the future.
Brussell’s Gymnastics was created to meet a need in the Midlands for a clean, well-organized facility with strong communication and high-quality gymnastics instruction. What began as a vision has grown into a 15,000-square-foot facility designed for children to thrive at every stage. Our gym features dedicated spaces for each program, including a separate Preschool Gymnastics area (Walking–4 years old) and a full Child Care Program space (Kindergarten–6th Grade). With gymnastics at the core of everything we do, we are excited to continue growing and serving families in our community.
Brussell’s Gymnastics Owner, Kristina Brunson, began her gymnastics journey at age five, quickly falling in love with the sport’s structure, discipline, and sense of achievement. Those values stayed with her through adulthood, ultimately leading her back to the gym as a coach after graduating from Anderson University in 2009. After several years of coaching in the Midlands community, Kristina opened Brussell’s Gymnastics in 2015. Her vision has remained the same from the start: to provide a clean, structured, and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and develop through the sport of gymnastics.
